Cyclocross
Well the trees are changing color here in the Mid Atlantic region which means the wrap up of another successful year for us at GMA. That doesn't mean our job stops there. There are still plenty of things to do...like Cyclocross!!! Now that October is upon us the regions cross scene is in full motion with Jordon and Martin racing the Mid Atlantic Cyclocross Series and I (Seamus) racing the Competitive NYCROSS series and Matt...well he's probably doing Matt things like eating big buritos and practising his right hand turns. Its really nice in the fall because its a busy time with getting ready for next year's MTB season and lining up sponsors to support our goals. Plus cross is a way to keep the fitness and motivation going with out having to train that much. Saving much needed focus and ambition to get through 30 degree base training rides in January to be ready for a rediculous early start to the 2012 racing season at Mellow Johnnys PRO XCT March 3!! I posted the links of the regional Cyclocross and National MTB schedule below.
Anyways if your in the area check out some of these races and come and give us a high five (if your into that).
